Human Edge is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a commercial real estate environment. This role combines high-level executive support with oversight of daily office operations, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support- Provide direct administrative support to senior leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, executive packages, and correspondence
- Track KPIs and assist with executive reporting
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events
- Support contract review processes (basic legal familiarity required)
- Serve as liaison across departments and with external stakeholders
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Develop and improve systems, policies, and workflow processes
- Manage office vendors, facilities, and equipment
- Monitor supplies and administrative budgets
- Maintain organized documentation systems and company records
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting
- Support financial modeling and business analysis initiatives
- Review and approve administrative expenses
- Ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Maintain contracts, licenses, insurance documentation, and regulatory records
- Support internal audits and reporting requirements
- Ensure confidentiality and data privacy compliance
- 5–7 years of Executive Assistant experience (commercial real estate strongly preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience supporting senior leadership
- Basic legal literacy and familiarity with contract review
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Experience with Yardi platform
- Budgeting and financial process exposure
- Digital and AI workflow familiarity
