Kearney, NE. Pay: $21.77/hour to start with increases every 3 months for up to 12 months after being hired permanently. Shift: 2nd Shift Monday to Friday, 3 PM‑11 PM (Hours may vary, up to 10‑hour shifts and occasional weekends required). Type:
Temp-to-Hire.

• Accurately pick orders according to bay locations ensuring the correct quantity and type of product.
• Utilize pick labels, pick sheets and voice picking equipment to fulfill customer orders.
• Replenish inventory in bay locations and assist with physical inventory counts.
• Operate electric or manual pallet jacks, RF terminals and radios.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting cases for damage or defects.
• Assist with loading/unloading containers and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Keep your work area neat, clean and organized.
• Work with a team to meet established production standards and complete necessary paperwork.

• 10th grade education.
• Minimum 3 months of experience in a warehouse environment or operating a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle materials safely.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and potential schedule changes.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
