Night Shag Driver

We have a very active driving position that moves trailers around on our lot and backs into the loading dock using a semi-truck. In this role you will constantly being climbing in and out of the cab of a truck and hooking up to trailers. This position is responsible for maintaining a smooth and accurate flow of trailers to the docks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.

It requires using a shag truck to move semi-trailers and backing them into designated loading docks and parking areas, and assist in other duties as assigned.

• 4:30pm until end of shift, Sun - Thursday until end of shift, Sun – Thursday (40+ hours per week) , with a starting wage of $22/hr or $23/hr with a CDL.

• High school education or equivalency
• Ability to complete paperwork
• Good communication skills, typically done utilizing a radio
• Organizational skills
• Experience driving semi-trailers or other large vehicles is preferred; CDL is helpful, but not required

• It requires frequent climbing into and out of the shag truck.
• Work is performed outside and therefore requires working in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
