Guest Care Associate

Spartan Nash -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide courteous guest service in person or by telephone and assist guests in-store.;
Operate cash register and self-checkout and process a variety of financial transactions such as cash, checks, credit cards, food stamps, WIC, loyalty cards, gift certificates, coupons, etc.;
Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate department; communicate store programs, promotions, and coupons to customers.;
Maintain a clean, well-stocked department and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures; follow PPE and safety guidelines.;
Follow company policies on security, cash handling, and product handling; may be assigned tasks in other departments.
