Key Team Leader (Key Holder)
Dunham's Sports, one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S., is searching for enthusiastic, sports‑minded individuals to join our leadership team. This position carries keys to the store and is responsible for opening/closing operations, merchandising, and providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service as the primary responsibility.
- Handle store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Perform merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.
- Previous retail supervisory experience required.
- Product knowledge in Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics required.
- Merchandising skills preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service essential.
- Merchandise discount.
- Flexible scheduling.
