• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM
• Ensures patient-centered care and effective discharge planning through interdisciplinary collaboration and community resource coordination.
• The Social Services Director will oversee staff, quality metrics, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to maintain safe, efficient departmental operations.

Social Services Director Requirements:

• NE Registered Nurse License
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience
• At least 2 years of relevant social work
• The Social Services Director must posses strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and respond professionally to patient, employee, and regulatory inquiries
