Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Operations to lead our Home Care (non-medical) division. In this role, you’ll drive operational excellence, improve service quality, and optimize business performance. You’ll combine leadership, analytics, and process improvement skills to ensure our team delivers exceptional care while running efficiently.
Responsibilities- Lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Streamline workflows, enhance processes, and introduce automation where needed.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a motivated, high-performing team.
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, funding sources, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and accreditation standards.
- Provide hands-on support when necessary to ensure exceptional care.
This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of operations, analytics, and people management.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience working in administration and management
- Project management experience, preferred
- Masters’ degree, preferred
- Ability to recommend changes to drive business objectives
- A logical approach to researching and analyzing opportunities
- Ability to positively influence others to achieve the results that are in the best interest of the organization
- Ability to assess situations to determine importance, urgency, and risks and make clear and timely decisions in the best interests of the organization
- Ability to assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations or resolve the problem
- Displays leadership and can manage and coordinate change
- Ability to initiate activities that will generate additional revenue; embraces new business activities; demonstrates ability to improve revenue and develop the business
- Ability to manage staff and organize to improve performance issues in a timely fashion
- Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred
