Overview

Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and therapy sessions, triage crises, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and advocate for clients’ needs.
- Work with diverse populations, uphold ethical standards, and support team efforts.
Master’s in Mental Health Counseling/Social Work, licensed or provisionally licensed in Nebraska, with trauma-informed experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits$65,000-$75,000+ bonuses, health insurance, PTO, 401(k), ongoing training, and professional development.
LocationKearney, NE; in-person work with no remote option.
