Position SummaryLOCATEDINKEARNEY, NE This position assists in the creation of innovative solutions and is a liaison for faculty and staff for the incorporation of simulation into the curriculum and training for students and healthcare professionals. This position will provide operational support of facilities, activities, and resources for clinical and human simulation sessions and other entities utilizing the center. This includes providing technical and hands-on support for simulation session preparation and delivery and assistance with updating scheduling details post event to assist with usage reporting that summarizes activities within the center.
Participates and supports faculty and staff research activities focused on educational and clinical outcomes. This position will also support faculty and staff presentation and publications by linking them to data captured from the simulation training sessions.

Required andPreferred Qualifications Required Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Health Sciences or related degree (i.e. Nursing, EMS, etc.)
- Health Sciences or Education related degree
- 2 years
- Experience providing customer-service support
- Background (2 years) in previous simulation or training environment
- Support role in simulation lab or comparable training facility position.
- Experience in designing, developing, and supporting training activities, preferable in health science education or higher education setting.
- Management and programming of simulation models highly desirable
