Job Title: School Psychologist

Essential Functions
  • Work with children ages birth through 21 in school districts.
  • Administer and interpret assessments and rating scales to support eligibility and programming decisions for children birth-21.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings and coordinate the completion of reports.
  • Serve on IEP teams for select students.
  • Conduct or collaborate to complete functional behavior assessments and behavior interventions plans.
  • Collaborate with parents, problem solving team, and outside agencies on student social emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns.
  • Conduct trainings and consult with districts across ESU 10.
  • Support schools with gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to make individual student, class, and district decisions.
  • Collaborate with Teaching and Learning Department to align initiatives and support school districts.
  • Support school districts in their Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP), Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) implementation.
  • Support and mentor future professionals.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Regular and dependable attendance is an essential function of this position.
