Project Manager - Johnson Service

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead trenchless infrastructure rehabilitation projects with a sharp focus on safety, quality, timely delivery, and profitability.

• Ensure a safe work environment with zero incidents and uphold high standards of performance across all projects
• Collaborate closely with the superintendent, owners, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle
• Procure and schedule timely delivery of materials in line with project specifications and plans
• Manage the submission and review process of shop drawings, addressing any feedback from owners or engineers swiftly
• Organize and coordinate the delivery of necessary equipment to meet project requirements from start to finish
• Attend and actively participate in project meetings with owners and engineers
• Perform regular site visits with the project superintendent, adjusting frequency based on project location and needs
• Maintain open and timely communication with owners and engineers regarding any scope changes and manage the associated change orders
• Review time sheets for accuracy and work documentation
• Calculate work quantities and prepare monthly pay estimates
• Identify and manage potential conflicts prior to project startup
• Demonstrated experience in construction project management with a focus on safety, quality, and profitability
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to project needs and foster a collaborative team environment
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and other software applications
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment (post-offer) drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the US
