Civil Construction Project Manger

A reputable heavy civil contractor in Central Nebraska is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager with a background in highway, bridge, and wet utility projects. This role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

• 5+ years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects
• Proven experience with DOT‑spec highway and bridge projects
• Experience with wet utilities (water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer)
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
• Understanding of cost tracking, estimating, and job costing
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent field experience considered)
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Some travel
