We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to fill a staff augmentation role with Circet USA's customer. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for supporting the successful execution and completion of retail construction projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.
This role involves coordinating various delete aspects of the project, including communication with contractors, vendors, and internal teams, tracking progress, managing documentation, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal necesaria appreciate-helper candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
- Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project working with subcontractor teams in the field on correct scheduling and implementation.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate and supervisory personnel, activities concerning the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
- Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organizationului scheduling and implementation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of previous Construction Management experience
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Clear understanding of construction drawings and tools for creating or modifying
- Experience working with multiple GCs and their vendors at a site-level to coordinate all activities required
- Strong scheduling and analysis skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Standard Office Suite (Excel Expertise)
- Familiarity with customer tools and processes
- Familiarity with troubleshooting fiber optic and power connections, alarm clearing
