We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cash Management Product Manager with at least 15 years of experience and a strong expertise in cash management products, specifically in notional pooling and sweeping for our client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing cash management products, as well as a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cash management products, with a focus on notional pooling and sweeping
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product management
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development, in alignment with business goals
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Provide expertise and guidance on cash management products to internal teams and external clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in cash management product management
- Expertise in notional pooling and sweeping products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful product launches and management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
