🩺 Key Clinical Responsibilities:
Unit Dynamics:
Work in a 15-bed Emergency Department supplemented by a 6-bed Fast Track unit to optimize patient flow.

Critical Care:
Manage trauma cases, cardiac emergencies, and acute medical conditions for patients of all ages.

Triage & Assessment:
Utilize the nursing process to prioritize care in a fast-paced environment where quick, accurate clinical judgment is essential.

Technology:
Document care using the Epic EMR system (integrated throughout the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation).

🩺 Requirements:
Licensure:
Must have an active Hawaii RN License at the time of application.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience is required.

Certifications:

BLS & ACLS (AHA)

PALS (or ENPC)

TNCC is highly preferred.

Soft Skills:
