Overview

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented full or part-time Hourly Assistant Manager who is passionate about food quality, customer service, and community. In the role of Assistant Manager, you will lead a dynamic team offering from-scratch breads and pastries, as well as soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest, whole ingredients.

• Resilience — lead scheduling and inventory while providing consistent and exemplary customer service experiences
• Respect — remove obstacles by actively listening to ideas, concerns, and feedback to collaborate with management teams and customers to make improvements

• 1+ year of fast-paced restaurant/retail leadership experience
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation standards
• Experience with meeting operational goals and thinking beyond current practices to improve experiences for teams and customers
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position
