About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Bread Baker to join our Kneaders Bakery & Cafe team. This part‑time position focuses on baking artisan breads, supporting a dynamic kitchen, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Bake a variety of artisan breads, following recipes and maintaining consistent quality.
- Lift and mix dough weighing up to 50 lbs, standing and working daily in a fast‑paced kitchen.
- Adapt to changing schedules and be flexible through holiday seasons and overnight shifts.
- Large‑scale baking or pastry experience (preferred but not required).
- Attentive to local, state, and federal food handler and sanitation regulations.
- Formal baking or pastry education is a bonus.
- At least 18 years of age.
