Launched in 2024, Stack Athletics quickly became pickleball’s leading apparel brand, bringing fashion and attitude to the sport on and off the court. In 2025,
Stack acquired Vulcan Pickleball
, one of the most respected legacy names in paddles and balls, and began a full reintroduction of the brand with a modern product roadmap and global ambition. In 2026, the President will oversee both brands and set the vision for their growth and impact in racket sports.

Together, Stack and Vulcan now sit at the center of the on-court ecosystem: apparel, paddles, balls, accessories, athletes, and a clear path to expand beyond pickleball into the broader racket sports market.

This role is for a President who wants to build, not maintain. You’ll partner with an elite ownership group and board that represents the “who’s who” of pickleball and racket sports,
including Nick Kyrgios
, who recently joined as a co-owner and creative partner. The brands have traction, momentum, and credibility. What they need now is a leader to take them from breakout to iconic.

This role requires a rare blend of brand instinct, operational discipline, and financial leadership. You’ll oversee apparel and hard goods, build and lead high-performing teams, expand distribution, and guide the companies through rapid growth while maintaining design integrity and brand heat.

• Set and own the long-term vision for Stack and Vulcan as category-defining brands in racket sports
• Lead both businesses end-to-end: brand, product, operations, finance, and growth
• Scale the organization by developing leaders internally and adding world-class talent where needed
• Ownership of paid media strategy and ecommerce growth expertise
• Oversight of the apparel design process and direction
• Define and oversee 3+ year product roadmap to bring best-in-class products to market
• Own the P&L and balance sheet, reporting regularly to the board with clarity and accountability
• Oversee supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics across both soft goods and hard goods
• Drive omni-channel expansion across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and big-box retail
• Partner closely with athletes, leagues, teams, and strategic partners to deepen cultural relevance and distribution
• Lead capital strategy and investor relationships, clearly communicating performance and long-term upside
• Maintain a fast, focused, and disciplined operating cadence as the business scales

Required:

• Proven experience scaling a 7-figure business into an 8–9 figure brand
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership
• Experience leading omni-channel consumer businesses, including DTC and physical retail
• Comfort managing both apparel (soft goods) and equipment/hard goods businesses, including supply chain complexity
• A builder’s mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and high standards

Preferred:

• Experience in racket sports, golf, or performance/lifestyle apparel
• 3-5 years experience in a C level position
• Familiarity with pickleball or fast-emerging sports categories
• Prior experience working with athletes, creators, or cultural partners
