This is a full time, on-site position at Wasatch Eye & Optical in Kaysville, Utah. We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Patient Care Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include checking in/out patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, pre-testing, assisting in eyewear selection, understanding and explaining lens options, training new contact lens users, eyewear repair, etc. Previous experience not required.
SKILLS:
We are seeking someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong computer skills, who can rapidly learn and integrate a new system.
