Travel Long Term Care RN - Kaukauna, WI
Schedule: AM Shift
• 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Hours: 40/week
Contract: 4 weeks to start
Start: ASAP
Pay: $2,286/week (Travelers only - must live 50+ miles from facility)
Overview:
Seeking an RN to provide patient care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living environment. Duties include clinical judgment, coordinating patient care, and working within nursing standards across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Nursing Home wings.
Requirements:
- Active WI RN license
- CPR (if applicable)
- TB/PPD or Chest X-ray (if applicable)
- Current health certificate (if required)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Must be 18+
- LTC experience preferred
- Opening: 1 AM-shift RN
- Credentialing: Background check, CPR, TB 2-step or blood draw, Flu (Oct-Mar), COVID vaccine
- Interview: Phone interview with admin
- Hours Guaranteed: 80 biweekly
