St. Ignatius Catholic School is seeking a Director of Business Services to lead the financial operations of our PK-12 school. After 18 years of dedicated service, our current director will be retiring.

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring alignment with the school mission, diocesan policies, and proper accounting principles.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the school and Chesterton Academy High School.
• Coordinate audits, internal controls, and compliance with non‑profit and Catholic environment standards.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Knowledge of K‑12 or non‑profit financial practices and auditing principles.
• Experience working in a Catholic or faith‑based educational setting.
• Strong skills in Google and Microsoft Suites.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.

In 2021, we expanded our school to include Chesterton Academy High School. Grades 3‑12 attend daily Mass and have regular opportunities to receive the sacraments. We are located in the heart of the Fox Valley, close to Appleton and Green Bay, and only a short drive from the National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion, the only approved Marian apparition site in the United States.
