Job DescriptionThe Controls Engineer will play a critical role within the process control group, adapting to various duties based on project needs. Responsibilities include designing and diagramming P&IDs, marking up AutoCAD drawings, designing control panels, and executing process controls programming. This role requires adaptability within the dynamic environment of engineering consulting and involves approximately 10% travel within the United States.
Responsibilities- Design and diagram P&IDs.
- Mark up AutoCAD drawings.
- Design control panels.
- Execute process controls programming.
- Adapt to various project needs within the engineering consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Process and Instrumentation Design (P&).
- Experience in instrumentation and control design.
- Ability to create electrical schematics.
- Experience in process controls and instrumentation.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Drafting/Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a process controls-based position.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in design, including CAD.
- Minimum of 2 years in instrumentation and controls.
Skills & Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in the process industry.
- Over 5 years of experience with P&IDs and process controls.
Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $ - $ per year. 401(k) and PTO benefits.
Workplace TypeFully onsite position in Kaukauna, WI.
