What You'll Do

* Perform daily jobsite safety audits and submit detailed reports, including photos and corrective actions.

* Work directly with subcontractors, clients, vendors, and field teams to maintain a culture of safety.

* Partner with project managers to align safety plans with project schedules, milestones, and manpower needs.

* Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and project‑specific requirements.

* Support quality assurance and control documentation throughout all construction phases.

* Monitor site activities to ensure work aligns with construction plans, sequences, and schedules.

* Assist with incident reporting, root‑cause investigations, and corrective action implementation.

* Participate in coordination meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.

Essential Skills

* Strong understanding of construction safety practices and field audit processes.

* Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards.

* Experience conducting safety audits on industrial or commercial construction sites.

* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced field environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore, Autodesk, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Occupational Safety, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

* OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 or additional safety training is a plus.
