Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic team member to serve as the welcoming presence at our front desk. This role involves greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, and maintaining a professional and organized reception area. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and respectful of confidentiality.

Responsibilities- Professionally handle and route incoming phone calls.
- Update internal documents and templates.
- Accurately enter data into company systems.
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room availability.
- Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiently.
- Communicate clearly via phone and email with staff, clients, and external contacts.
- Operate office equipment such as copiers and scanners.
- Organize and maintain company records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Keep shared spaces clean and client‑ready.
- Support compliance with engineering licensing requirements.
- Manage internal company documents, updating forms as they come in.
- Utilize Excel daily with intermediate skills.
- Coordinate meetings and manage the conference rooms.
- Greet guests as they enter the building.
- Front desk or clerical experience as the first point of contact.
- Proficiency in MS 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience with calendar management.
- Experience with inventory management of office supplies.
- Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, and Bluebeam is a plus (training available).
This position requires working Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The office opens at 7:30 AM, so punctuality is essential. The team consists of several one‑person departments such as Accounting, HR, and Marketing. Despite their individual roles, team members support one another and overlap in processes, fostering a cohesive and collaborative work environment. Team bonding is encouraged, and happy hour gatherings are organized every other month.
This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI.
