Delivery Driver

Job Summary

Med Trans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. The fleet consists of 1,900+ trucks equipped with newer technology, and we operate over 50 distribution centers nationwide, providing one‑day shipping to 95% of the United States.

We are looking for a Delivery Driver who operates a parcel van and/or straight truck to transport critical medical products to local customers. The role is essential in building positive relationships by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a parcel van or straight truck.
• Safely operate a parcel van or straight truck between the facility and multiple customer destinations, following Medline’s safety regulations and wearing required safety equipment.
• Unload and deliver products at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in‑person support to customers, addressing questions and needs and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with the dispatching team regarding adjustments to the delivery route or schedule to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.

• Valid US driver’s license; a Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) for a Class B License if required by state.
• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operating commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

$17.25 - $25.00 Hourly. The actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
