Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Location:

Rosenberg, TX; other locations may apply. All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.

• Complete and oversee daily admin tasks such as contacting parents, intro class follow ups, event scheduling and more.
• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Oversee the breadth of programs to ensure the high standards of The Little Gym International are met.
• Oversee training and evaluation of fellow The Little Gym team members.
• Work with the Management team to ensure the facility is meeting standards.

• You’re energetic, enjoy engaging with kids, and have a positive, upbeat attitude.
• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps.
• You love serving others and helping them be their best.
• You connect well with kids and their parents.
• You can balance fun with the ability to focus and get work done.
