• Engage and build relationships with customers through online inquiries and referrals
• Respond quickly and professionally to leads generated through our website and referral platforms
• Provide inventory updates, and personalized recommendations to prospects
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for in‑person visits
• Showcase and demonstrate inventory with enthusiasm and expertise
• Keep up‑to‑date with market trends, products, and certifications
• Use Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage leads
• Contribute to the company’s success by maintaining exceptional Customer Service Index (CSI) scores and meeting dealership standards
