Position Overview

Built on a legacy of quality and innovation, we are seeking Customer Support and Operations Intern to join our team and support our continued growth. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and will work in our Katy, Texas office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze ticket volume trends and customer sentiment to identify insights and recommend improvements to customer support operations.
  • Develop and maintain high‑quality training materials tailored to the evolving needs of call center agents.
  • Enhance AI capabilities within the ticketing system to streamline workflows and accelerate issue resolution.
  • Monitor Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) compliance by reviewing retailer listings, identifying violations, documenting findings, and escalating issues to support enforcement and pricing integrity.
  • Field customer service calls and tickets.
  • Analyze data and create reports.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications
  • Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
  • Coursework related to Customer Service, Business Management, Data Analytics, or Retail Merchandising.
  • Experience with in the retail or hospitality industry.

    Skills:

    Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, and adaptability.

Work Schedule

Dometic operates with a 4+1 policy: four days per week in the office and the possibility to work one day per week remotely.
