Overview

Position Summary:

Provides information on Membership benefits, promotes value of products and services, processes memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, participates in sales and marketing events, and works to meet Membership goals. Maintains facility safety by following safety standards and guidelines, conducts safety sweeps, follows forklift and hazardous materials handling procedures, and reports unsafe conditions. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items for Members, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.

Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart products and services. Acts with integrity and respect for individuals, collaborates with team members, and strives for excellence to support customers, members, and the company’s goals.

• Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

• Delivers results with a customer-first approach, balances short- and long-term priorities, and communicates progress to the team.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include premiums up to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
