• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

• Assisting in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department and assisting customers on the store floor as needed.
• Baggage groceries for customers when needed and carrying out groceries for customers when requested.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and safety at all times, including retrieving store carts, running price checks, assisting with go‑backs, assisting with check stand upkeep, and removing waste from the parking area.
• Performing physical functions such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as required in a fast‑paced grocery store environment.
