Overview

• Stock and replenish shelves in the Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen Departments.
• Fill frozen‑food bins, maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Receive product deliveries, verify delivery accuracy, and move items to the sales floor using provided equipment.
• Rotate merchandise to keep the freshest product available to customers.

Age restrictions for team members under 18:

• Using a knife (other than safety cutters)
• Using a ladder
• Operating a garbage or cardboard compactor
• Operating any motor‑powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks)
• Working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods.

• Age 16 or older.
• Dependable with a flexible, changing schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respectful of others and maintain a high level of ethics in Sprouts’ culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; ability to take direction and work within a team.
• Capacity to perform repetitive tasks, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Ability to vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lb. from 5 in. to 34 in. for a distance up to 5 ft. for up to 25 hrs. without mechanical assistance.
• Adherence to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Ability to perform other related duties as assigned.
