• Provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues.
• Assist customers, clean, fill, and rotate produce displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized produce section and ensure proper rotate and shelf rotation.
• Lift and move produce up to 60 pounds as required.
• Follow safety, inventory, and visual merchandising practices to maintain a fresh selection for shoppers.

• Read and write Spanish and English; interact with the general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Lift and move produce up to 60 lbs, stand and stoop for prolonged periods.
• At least one year of experience in a grocery or retail store optional.

• Basic PC and Outlook skills.
