Stocking Team Associate – Walmart

Job Overview

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight.

They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.

Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

Base pay: $14.00 – $27.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
