Part Time Sales Lead role dora is the largest jewelry brand in the world, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and celebrating moments in people’s lives.

Location:

Pandora @ LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch. This role supports Managers and Sales Associates to drive store success and embodies the Pandora brand, culture, and product knowledge.

• Fully immerse yourself in the brand, culture, and product; deliver exceptional customer experiences and build brand loyalty.
• Support Managers and Sales Associates to ensure store success and daily operations run smoothly.
• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Maintain passionate store culture and serve as a brand ambassador.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments through product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Drive performance by embracing opportunities to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
• Foster loyalty by developing lasting customer relationships beyond transactions.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback, and support the team in achieving KPI goals.

• Results-oriented seller with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a caring, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking with a track record of delivering positive results.
• Excellent time management; able to set and adjust priorities and delegate tasks when needed.
• General computer software knowledge (Microsoft Office 365) and retail point-of-sale systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; reliable arrival to work.
