Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T2882) – Join to apply for the role s is an On-Demand position where you can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders or other team members and scheduled via the myTime mobile app.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with their needs.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Inform guests about current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment; be familiar with fulfillment services and how to direct guests to enroll, activate, and use them.
• Explain how to use Wallet and other Target App features.
• Handle returns by following register prompts and collaborating with leaders to resolve guest concerns while adhering to Target policies.
• De-escalate issues and recover the guest shopping experience when needed, following policies and procedures.
• Provide easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and assist with stocking during store hours.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pickup (OPU), Drive-Up (DU) orders, and DU returns; maintain compliance with applicable laws and policies.
• Assist with Cash Office processes as needed, including management of cash systems.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour.
• On-Demand schedule with flexible shifts; attendance and reliability are important.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., drive-up, carryout).
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance.
• Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to scheduling requests; failure to work at least one shift within 5 months may lead to administrative termination.
