• Possible skills and experience developed as a Guest Advocate include communication with guests, problem solving, adaptability, and promoting benefits and services.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide assistance.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Assist with Target Loyalty program benefits and sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain features of the Target App and how to use services like Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Process returns following policies; escalate as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns, while complying with applicable laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times.

• Effective communication and a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office activities as needed.
• Safely lift and move merchandise (up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 44 pounds occasionally).
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance.
• Maintain mobility for the duration of a shift and work in varying temperatures and conditions as needed for duties such as Drive-Up.
