Federal American Grill is a family owned and operated upscale, yet casual dining restaurant with New American Style scratch-made food, along with traditional comfort favorites, daily fresh seafood, prime steaks, a well-rounded wine list, and Old Fashioned bar with 400+ whiskies. We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented servers to join our team. Servers drive restaurant sales by creating an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. To be a Federal server, you must be a natural people person, passionate about our products, listen intently to our guests’ desires and go above and beyond their expectations. We want servers who share the mentality, “The answer is yes… now what is your question?”

• Provide the perfect guest experience
• Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, whiskies, promotions, ingredients, events, etc.
• Table maintenance
• Communication with management for any issues
• Clear communication and listening to guests
• Process guests’ payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Clean, pressed uniform and professional appearance – includes smile
• Correctly ringing in orders through POS system

• Minimum of 2 years prior quality experience as a server
• Thrives on being hospitable
• Comfortable interacting with a variety of people
• Positive attitude, able to work well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
• Works well with others
• Food Safety Certification & TABC Certification

Compensation: $2.13/hour plus tips
