Dishwasher

Job Summary

Maintain dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and chemical levels.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes; wash by hand or load into dishwashing machine, ensuring full cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
• Polish silver items using burnishing machines, chemical dips, or buffing wheels as required.
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keep the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and clean garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas; assist in loading and unloading supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior experience in dishwashing and sanitation is required.
• Full‑time schedule; days and hours may vary, including weekends.

• Pay Range: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour.
