As a Lab Technician , you will be joining a highly skilled R&D laboratory team where you will support the development and testing of chemical formulations used in fracturing fluid systems. The role is 100% laboratory-based, involving hands‑on synthesis, reaction testing, and supporting scientists with experimental work and data analysis.

This role would suit a Chemistry Lab Technician with hands‑on lab experience, who is looking for an immediately available contract role with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Conduct chemical synthesis and polymer reaction testing to support fracturing fluid R&D
• Perform laboratory experiments, testing, and data recording within a research environment
• Work full‑time onsite in a Katy-based laboratory supporting scientists and engineers

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
• Hands‑on experience in a laboratory or R&D environment
