Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License:
  Must hold a current and active real estate license in the state of Texas.

  Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Tech-Savvy:

• Local Market Knowledge:
  Familiarity with the Katy area and surrounding neighborhoods is preferred.
• Reliable Transportation:
  Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license for property showings and client meetings.

  Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Adaptability:
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
