Qualifications

• BS – Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering
• 8+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Management of industrial manufacturing of complex electromechanical equipment (Thermal or Cooling equipment preferred)
• Fluent in Mandarin, able to travel overseas
• Strong knowledge of quality standards – ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Certification in quality assurance – ASQ, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, SPC (statistical process control)
• Strong familiarity with FMEA, SPC, UL certification, IEC 60950, 62368
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills

• Develop and implement QA processes to ensure products meet specifications during the development phase.
• Lead effort to design, document, and implement QMS for new facility
• Provide assistance for FA from RMA or address issues raised by clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, production, suppliers) to establish standards, processes, and guidelines that promote quality.
• Conduct risk assessments and process audits to identify potential quality issues early in the production lifecycle.
• Implement preventive measures and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to minimize defects and enhance product quality.
• Conduct inspections and tests of products to identify quality issues during or after production.
• Develop and maintain QC checklists, test plans, and inspection procedures for materials, components, and finished products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
