• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals (and exotics, if desired)
• Build trusted client relationships through communication and education
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of DVMs and skilled technicians
• Uphold Fear Free and Cat Friendly standards in patient care

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
• Eligibility for Texas veterinary licensure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care

• Competitive salary ($130K–$150K) + production (no negative accrual)
• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
