As a LVN Private Duty Nurse at Med Care, you’ll have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care in a setting where patients thrive—their own homes. • Valid Texas LVN license, current CPR certification, driver’s license, and auto liability insurance
• 6 months of pediatric home health experience as an LVN preferred (not required)
• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in a home setting for 8–12 hour shifts, allowing them to remain with their families instead of an in-patient facility
• Care for clients with serious illnesses, disabilities, or those recovering from injuries or extensive surgery
• Assess client conditions during each visit, including vital signs, seizure monitoring, and care for gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators

• Full-time and part-time openings with day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts available across the Greater Houston area and surrounding regions
