• Salary Range: $74,910 – $92,536

• Provide nursing care to patients in an assigned clinical area and offer leadership on the unit.
• Apply clinical nursing knowledge and demonstrated skills to ensure the safety and comfort of patients and families.
• Utilize critical thinking to identify priorities and make judgments concerning basic and comprehensive needs of multiple patients to facilitate appropriate and timely care.

• Required:
  
  Graduate from an approved professional registered nursing program.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

• Required:
  
  6 months in a clinical area.
• 1 year KSC experience may be considered in lieu of 6 months RN experience with approval from Sr Dir Nursing Services.
• Preferred:
  Two years of ambulatory care.

• Required:
  
  Current and valid Texas RN license.
• Preferred:
  Specialty nursing certification in ambulatory care or one appropriate to the specialty area assigned.

• Required:
  
  Able to use equipment and related supplies for the selected patient population in the assigned clinical area, including CPR, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy.
• Computer experience.
• Preferred:
  Windows‑based computer skills.
• EPIC experience.

• Required:
  
  Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• Preferred: ACLS and/or PALS.
