Electrical Quality Control (QC) Inspector (1st Shift) – $22/hr – Temp-to-Hire

• Clean, organized, process-driven manufacturing
• Structured training and clear quality procedures

• Inspect electrical components and assemblies during and after production to verify workmanship and compliance
• Review and verify inspection paperwork, QC forms, and production documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Use digital multimeters, measuring tools (including metric tape measures), and basic hand tools to perform checks
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming material, defects, or workmanship issues
• Communicate inspection results clearly with production leads and quality teams
• Support corrective actions by providing detailed notes, measurements, and findings
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area aligned with 5S/6S standards
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures; report safety concerns immediately

• 1–3 years of quality control/inspection experience in a manufacturing environment (electrical preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and basic mechanical drawings
• Hands‑on experience using multimeters and precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation habits
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands‑on inspection tasks
