Responsibilities- Perform welding and fabrication of metal components
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other shop tools
- Work independently to complete projects efficiently
- Troubleshoot and provide creative solutions for custom builds
- Ability to source and procure welding equipment and steel
- Experience in various welding Stick/MIG/TIG welding and fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
