Energy Alloys Global Solutions, a Bio Urja Group company, is a global distributor of corrosion‑resistant steel and chromium alloy metals to the oil and gas industry. Main products include mechanical tubes, OCTG tubes, casing and coupling stock, bars, liners, and semi‑finished alloy products. We carry Chrome, Nickel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Alloys, and Titanium of various sizes and provide machining, heat treating, straightening, and cut‑to‑length services.

Operate saw, forklift, overhead crane, and packing equipment. Measure, saw, verify cuts, package per customer specifications. Drive forklift and operate overhead crane. Adhere to all safety requirements and Global Manufacturing Processes.

• Meet productivity measurements in both quality and on‑time delivery.
• Ensure safety on the shop floor and shop appearance.
• Operate saw, forklift, overhead crane, and packing equipment.
• Ensure adherence to Global Manufacturing Processes and safety procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School required;
  Technical School preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of saw experience.
• Experience in machine shop helpful.
• Team player and customer service oriented.

• Wear appropriate PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, steel‑toed shoes).
• Walking, stepping, climbing, moving between locations.
• Standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, squatting, climbing, crawling, or sitting for long periods.
• Repetitive movements by feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, and back.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs single‑person lift limit with frequent lifting and carrying.
• Adapt to temperature changes, outdoor conditions, dusty, wet, humid conditions, loud noises, and vibration.
• Visually inspect equipment and verify information.
• Operate machinery safely and be alert and aware of surroundings.
• Apply pressure to tighten and loosen hardware.
