* Drive Strategic Initiatives - Identify and execute growth and improvement opportunities across the business
* Support M&A and Partnerships - Lead M&A thesis development, assess the competitive landscape, direct due diligence and integration planning with support from leadership and cross-functional teams
* Create Executive-Level Communications - Shape corporate messaging; enable organizational alignment for key initiatives through high-impact presentations for senior leadership and board audiences
* Strategic Thinking:
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity, prioritizing what drives value
* Output-focused Mindset:
Self-starter able to drive enterprise-wide change while operating with a high degree of autonomy and moving seamlessly between big-picture strategy and detailed execution
* Analytical Expertise:
Proficiency in complex financial modeling and market analysis, ensuring decision-quality insights (advanced Excel skills required)
* Communication
Skills:
Clear, concise, and impactful verbal and written communication
* Experience:
* 5+ years in management consulting (top-tier firm preferred) or equivalent corporate strategy experience, plus additional relevant industry experience
* MBA required
* M&A lifecycle exposure is preferred (due diligence, integration)
* Industrial goods or energy sector knowledge is strongly preferred
