The RoleThe Strategy Director will play a critical role in shaping our company’s strategic direction. You will lead the development of enterprise strategy, serve as a thought partner to the CEO, CFO, and BU Presidents, and drive cross-functional execution of high-impact initiatives. This highly visible role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytical problem-solving, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Drive Strategic Initiatives – Identify and execute growth and improvement opportunities across the business
- Support M&A and Partnerships – Lead M&A thesis development, assess the competitive landscape, direct due diligence and integration planning with support from leadership and cross-functional teams
- Create Executive-Level Communications – Shape corporate messaging; enable organizational alignment for key initiatives through high-impact presentations for senior leadership and board audiences
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity, prioritizing what drives value
- Output-focused Mindset: Self-starter able to drive enterprise-wide change while operating with a high degree of autonomy and moving seamlessly between big-picture strategy and detailed execution
- Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in complex financial modeling and market analysis, ensuring decision-quality insights (advanced Excel skills required)

Skills:
Clear, concise, and impactful verbal and written communication - Experience:
- 5+ years in management consulting (top-tier firm preferred) or equivalent corporate strategy experience, plus additional relevant industry experience
- MBA required
- M&A lifecycle exposure is preferred (due diligence, integration)
- Industrial goods or energy sector knowledge is strongly preferred
