Director of Finance And Accounting

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Accounting to lead our accounting function and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and play a key role in strengthening financial processes, controls, and compliance.

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Oversee preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Manage general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and related accounting functions
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Partner with Finance leadership to provide insights and support strategic decisions
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle, SAP)
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
